Remove the applicator from the safety sealed wrapper, shake the bottle before removing the cap. Then place the applicator on the bottle until it tightens or clicks. Glenty insert the applicator into your vagina, and slowly push down on the accordion bottle allowing the douche solution to flow freely out of the applicator holes. Use while sitting down on the bathtub or toilet side. Remain seated for 3-5 minutes post usage to enable the remaining douche solution to stay inside the vagina prior standing up.
